First, you can walk anywhere in the village from this location.  If you need proof,  check out how close we are to the ACTUAL center of Carlsbad Village.  And to think, you just scrolled past a dozen listings claiming to be at the "center" or "heart" of the historic seaside district.  Tsk, tsk.  Shame on them.

Second, the rental has everything you need for an extended stay.  Full kitchen?  Check.   On-site laundry with 24-hour access?  Check. Parking provided? Check.  A city with loads of activities and an ideal climate?  You see where we're going.

Finally, this property is still in the hands of the family that bought it in 1944, not a private equity firm or some investment mogul from the other side of the globe.  It's maintained by people who, like you, care about comfort, safety, and the memories you will build in this iconic beach village.
